Sports Performance & Fitness Blood Test

Monitor your fitness and workout regime with our most comprehensive blood test for athletes, gym goers, and anyone interested in monitoring their fitness performance

Whether you’re chasing a personal best, competing professionally, or training for overall fitness, performance starts on the inside. Our Sports Performance & Fitness Blood Test is designed to uncover the key health, nutrition, and recovery factors that can help you monitor your fitness and health.

By combining our General Well Person test with the addition of part of our Vitamins and Minerals screen, and with the option to add a resting ECG, we give you a complete picture of your cardiovascular health, nutrient balance, and overall readiness for peak performance.

Overview of what’s included:

  • Full Blood Count (FBC) – Overall blood health, oxygen transport, and immune function.
  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) – Inflammation indicator.
  • Biochemistry Profile – Kidney, liver, and metabolic health.
  • HDL/LDL Cholesterol (Calculated) – Cardiovascular risk and lipid balance.
  • Ferritin – Iron stores for energy and endurance.
